Our standard service call and diagnostic fee is $85. After we inspect your appliance, we explain the problem and provide a repair estimate. We only proceed with the repair after you approve the price.
Can I get same-day appliance repair?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on our schedule and your location. Call (631) 513-1198 to check. We are open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM; we are not a 24/7 emergency service.
Do you service my area?
Call or send your city and ZIP code with your request. We will confirm whether we serve your location and discuss available appointment times before scheduling a visit.
Which appliance brands do you repair?
We service most major brands, including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Bosch, and Kenmore. Have a different brand? Share the brand and model, and we will confirm.
Do you work with businesses as well as homes?
Yes. PowerPro provides residential and commercial repair for major appliances. Tell us what type of equipment you have when you contact us so we can confirm service for your model.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Warranty coverage depends on the repair and the parts used. We provide the applicable details with your repair. Ask us about coverage for your specific appliance and service.
